Coming Clean

Young people are increasingly facing substance abuse issues. This is a 3 day intensive workshop geared for young people who are experimenting with substances and need to address their thinking and behaviour. The purpose of this group is to provide a reflective and challenging space for adolescents to explore their decisions, develop self-respect and formulate a working plan. This programme is not suited for those who are dependent on substances. If young people come on the programme and require a longer intervention, we will make a suitable referral.

Topics Include:

  • Self-respect
  • Taking Responsibility
  • Boundaries
  • Denial
  • Faulty Thinking
